Hours and Fees
Crookhill Early Years is registered with Ofsted to provide education and care to children from the term after their third birthday. We offer 15 hours a week and 30 hours to eligible children. Funding for 30 hours is available to working families earning at least £120 a week, equal to both parents working at least 16 hours a week, or on maternity, paternity or adoption leave. We also have places for children from the term after their 2nd birthday when there is low income or deprivation. If you wish to discover whether your 2 year old child qualifies for a funded place please contact Gateshead Local Education Authority on 0191 4335118 (you will need your National Insurance Number).
We have a limited number of fee paying places available for those parents needing full days or extra sessions.

Change in Circumstances
Please inform us of any change of address or telephone numbers. We use these numbers to contact you if your child becomes poorly or has an accident at nursery, therefore it is very important that we always have the correct numbers.
To help us work in partnership with you we ask that you inform us if there are any major changes which happen in your child’s life during the time they are at nursery. This helps us to support your child through these events.
